Booking your lessons
After joining, you’ll access the booking calendar through your BritSpeak account.
Lessons are available Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00–22:00 Japan Standard Time (JST / UTC+9), subject to availability. You can choose different days and times each week.

Your first lesson is a chance to see whether my coaching suits you.
If you decide it isn’t right for you, you can request a refund for the remaining three lessons. Your first lesson costs remain paid.

Before your first subscription renewal.
If you haven’t used any lessons, you can request a full refund within seven days of your initial payment and before your first renewal.
Email mail@britspeak.co to request a refund. Using the guarantee ends your subscription and access, with no further renewals.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Missed appointments and late cancellations count as used and reduce any eligible refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
